Some good old fundamentals on APZ

Rev: Revenue has been growing year on year.
GrPrft: gross profit has been growing overall on average.
NCash: Net Cash, net cash trend line shows a strong growth in debt, this is not suprising as APZ is a Real estate company, and they borrow money to invest in income generating assets ,and the assets property has had a tendency to grow in value in Australia.

Election coming soon, so would expect interest rate engineering by the central bank reducing interest rates so the current government looks good , this should be good news for property owners and APZ but not for savers.
