I received an email from ARF yesterday reminding me that I hadn't responded to the SPP. I don't think that happens all that often. I'm not too sure about buying in. A solid company but in "not so solid" times. They could get caught with rental reduction rates if the virus hangs around for too long. At best I will wait until the last day to see where the price sits. I'm pretty fully stacked with these shares at the moment so would only trade them.
