    agree it was good buying there. our fund flipped the low $2's entry already. i am still stuck at the $2.67 entry from 2019 placement. Was worse before, now not too bad.


    I've got the AQR SPP @ $3.15 odd(ex-div), its currently $3.52 so thats a better SPP for me and its zero net impact from covid on that particular REIT(same sector as Waypoint, Viva energy, Ampol - no impact)
