So, if ASH is half the company it was prior to the LINC mis-adventure & delivers HALF the FFrkd Div's that they did for 2 Years - 3cents FFkd isn't a bad return at current SP levels!
Of course, ASH need to be back on track, LINC isn't the only Bolt-on in the past few years - presumedly these businesses have been integrated and are paying their way?
Why did Ross throw so much cash at the SP bottom to expand his holdings? Still perplexed how a major shldr can be so well placed to know when to Buy/Sell when other shldrs only get sporadic updates on how the company is performing!?
Will Ross at some point try to take ASH private? What price are the minority shldrs likely to accept?
Then, should ASH now be back to generating its recent 2 year highs, I'd expect if Ross seeks to get 100%, then the cashflow ASH has proven it can generate when things are running well - (we just don't know!?), then I'd expect ASH cashflow should comfortably help Ross cover his borrowing costs!?
Happy to be corrected!?
Will Ross make a move?
