This will be a play in CY25. It not a matter of 'if' its only a matter of 'when' RBA reduces interest rates.
And when they do, those bank deposit rates, that many have been hiding in won't be looking so attractive.
For those that hid in bank shares, their overvaluation will become obvious.
AYUPA pays the dividend with franking and without the significant capital loss (at least according to my analysis, I could be wrong). That yield and franking will start to look good from next year.
Happy with my position, and no way am I selling.
