I would say the production restrains are not the mill, its the leach circuit , it seems to me they had a go at pushing it through and lost recovery.
The new gravity circuit will take that load off the leach and absorbion circuit allowing greater through put and recovery .
As previously mentioned i have been out of the industry for a while
