The dominant player levy I expect will be modified or thrown out if the current Marape government is not re-elected. PNG superfunds have huge exposure to BSP given lack of securities on Pomsox. If levy proceeds as is, their returns will get hit.
Fellow PNG bank KSL trading on PE of 6.8x. BFL is far superior in every financial metric, 7x larger (net assets) but trading on 5x.
