afr have a good write up today(if you can get into the paywall)
last year was a cracker result, and it is easy (and the obvious thing to do) to simply compare this year to last and that gives the headline of a dramatic fall. 2022 was an anomaly on the high side of profits with high prices, solid production, shortages etc leading to that massive profit.
however compared to the previous years, 2020, 2021 - 2023 trends ok
long here but i will probably hold on buying more until 41/42ish if we get the chance
