How can you get a fully franked dividend without the credit?
Wherever it came from, the average Jo couldn't decipher the difference much less work out just how much the offer is actually for. It's crap and smells of both BLD and SGH management doing what's best for them not us so no props to either company much less you.
I'll take the offer and dump SVM at the first available. PE of 30 and yield of 1..great deal..not.
