Isn't the offer now:
Accept offer before XD = $1.70 + $4.47 (0.1116 of $40.04 current SVW SP) + $0.30*0.1116 (SVW div) = $6.20
Accept after XD = $1.44 + $4.47 + $0.26 + $0.30*0.1116 + $0.11 (franking credit) = $6.31
The 30c SVW dividend is only per 1*SVW share and not per 1*BLD share. What am I missing?
