Yes correct, it ultimately means less investment in exploration and more issues in regards to supply. Which in turn will raise oil and gas prices in the medium to long term. The conspiracy theorists will say that could be the plans all along. Basically everything else is rising in price. Take out the middle class, allow them to fall into poverty and let the business and elite class pick up all the middle class assets for a song.
But as long as we attempt to slightly lower our carbon footprint while China, India and the worlds emerging economies do as they want, right?!
