I assumed Computershare had my details from other shares I own that are already registered with them. Commsec also tell me they pass on my account details to share registaries. But as I have since discovered, none of that mattered to them. And so they issued a cheque and of course deducted full withholding tax.
I'm pretty annoyed about that, especially since commsec advised me they do pass on all my details including TFN and computershare must have had these details to begin with from my other dividend paying shares.
I assumed Computershare had my details from other shares I own...
