Re DRP - some folks have wondered if it was better to join the DRP from a value standpoint. For people like myself, who are only receiving 'unviable' parcels every 6 months, it is a way to grow your holding without having to pay brokerage, so, there's that.
For the heck of it, I just checked some historical prices against the DRP price over the last decade.
