Hi Branners
CBO is not the only company to pay dividends when the credit card is in overdrive but when this company goes from famine to feast with revenue and does nothing but build a debt mountain is it wise to pay a dividend when you cant reduce accumulated losses over 25 years.
Cant see much difference between Timbercorp and CBO. Same names involved except CBO has lasted longer . Basicly the same flees but a different dog.
Heres one for you make a valuation on to see if debt is far worse than it seems
Is the land worth the Brokers or CBOs claimed valuation . As I just had dealings with the State Revenue Office (Vic) over the value of land for land tax with no water rights, I will give you a hint . Start by knocking zero'S of the end of the number. You also will not have to argue too hard with State Revenue over the value if it has no water rights . Seems like they are thankful it has a value to tax
