Retail is booming. Consumer spending is up. They don't have capability to ride the Buy Now Pay Later wave. That supposed to be right up their alley. Too many excuses.
Ezcorp is also the same. Share price stuck at multi year low when market is booming.
Just a dog with a lot of fleas. Period.
