I have my reservation based on past record of management and bod. If EZCorp is a dog, I am dubious they can bring much to the table here.
They decided to outsource collection and now bringing back in again. Flip flopping only means they have no strategy and don't know what they are doing.
The selling down might come from Perpetual. I think they might have got in over 1 aud. The portfolio manager who make that call probably.
Another 1 year of positive growth and no drama maybe other investors might buy into the story.
