doing this now would just show how incompetent they are. It should have been done over the last 2 yrs when it was trading at 15c for ages with that cash balance...
the board just get rewarded for nothing. Also, I can bet you that in 2 yrs when this rerates they’ll just claim even bigger bonuses. But in reality, over this time period shareholders have lost value in share price, not had a dividend, and had to endure a capital raise. Not to mention the time value of money and opportunity cost having invested in them over the last few years when the rest of the market is soaring. Bonus when the share price gets above 60c would start to be reasonable. Before that is ludicrous.
