Agreed, waiting game however, not without reward. They've stated the dividend rate is for sustained dividends so you would assume that's a continuation scenario therefore with a stronger loan book and better store metrics from the heavily impacted rona countries 2c final isn't unrealistic imho giving a very nice 10% payout at current sp
