Based on the last update they posted I'd say they're paying down a little debt AND paying a modest dividend on a full year of cashflow and some of the feared property downgrades look to be winding back.
If they can do that in this absolute shocker of a year are things really likely to get worse with a vaccine on the horizon? I was probably amongst the more cautious on here but thinking about it why not put a few dollars in shareholders' pockets? I reckon they must be pretty happy with what they're seeing on the ground.
