As for myself suggesting the possibly of a Guidance upgrade, and the flow on of a modest increase in the dividend was too wishful a post. It did not give proper weight to the the last paragraph of the Feb Half Yearly Results announcement (pasted below). In the last para it said "Subject to no material change in conditions, the Trust expects to distribute23.00 cents per unit for the year ending 30 June 2021". On review it was a bit much to expect a positive material change between Feb and June. Also I think the words were more about flagging a need for a lower dividend if there was a negative change in conditions.

If the market read these words as now I think the board intended them to be read it should not be disappointed. Instead it should be happy that the board was able to deliver, and there were no material negative changes.
