just matching July guidance. Things have got a lot better for retailers and landlords since July so I think this is a bit light on. Be interested to look at cashflow statement in Feb release as i reckon they have once again kept a heap of cash and paid it off the loan facility.
DRP once again in play for this half year and I assume Scentre Group will once again participate in DRP for all its shares and increase its percentage ownership of CDP.
Hard not to buy more.
