I seem to recall you're local to Carindale. Can I ask if any local/centre issues led to your disposal or just greener pastures?

In the absence of any major news my inclination is to hold and let time do it's thing with property values in a growing catchment. Despite some comments on here to the contrary, they seem to be managing a yield of 5% with some comfort (albeit with the dilutionary impact of the DRP).
