One thing I noticed abt CLW is it's annts don't provide forecasts for the coming FY dpu payouts. I saw the other REITs provide forecasts, and these are normally met. An eg would be COF's FY21/22 forecast of 16.6c for FY21/22, and they have started by paying-out 4.15c for this first qtr... CLW provides only eps forecasts for the coming FY.
CMW provides dpu forecasts (last I saw),... but I've since disposed-off CMW.
You' re right : the increasing dpu shld support the share price, knew this too,... but did not mention this earlier because,... well, when I looked at the 2-year graph of the sp movement,... it's not as pretty as COF's.
One drop in the dpu payout will be disastrous.
