clw can pay all out as they are certain of the rent collection and also triple net leases as well as the conditions of their assets …..
they know they don’t need to do much capex …
minor repairs are payable by the tenant as outgoings anyway …
the market is extremely bearish on reits at the moment… but i question if such large discount is really valid…
