it’s pretty obvious that the banks are worried and have no mercy…
just look at some companies that went bankrupt, all because banks are not willing to refinance and take the risks such as bwx
clw is in a better shape tho, tenants are Rock solid and wale long… hopefully with the charterhall reputation they can convince the bank …..
