Over the next 10 months I would dollar cost average into CLW hoping to pick it up between $3.80-$5. In 5 years I would be confident that the share price would be $5.50-$6 due to its exceptional assets and management. Even is divis say get cut to 4%, you would get also get a 10%+ boost holdings.
