Thanks for the insight
We all know that the bank covenants are related to NTA/Property Value and also Interest cover Ratios... However, do you know if it is related/affected by the share price.. For example: If NTA or Property value remains unchanged but share price crashes another 20%, will it trigger a fire sale from the bank ?
