CIP the Centuria industrial trust pays 4c a quarter or 16c annually for a return on $3.17 of 5.05%pa. Watching various analyst on ****** and in the papers they all prefer the industrial REITS. The office fund nearly doubles the return of the industrial. What multiple would be required for the "experts" to prefer the office fund I wonder. Three maybe, four.....
