Agree with most that the small dividend is basically the company saying that potential M&A or acquisitions are possibly in the offering as coal prices recede a bit, and other irrational sellers put coal assets/operations on the market, maybe CRN is thinking it can pick up some opportunistic acquisitions.
Obviously, if you don't believe in the company's decision-makers' ability to acquire assets, or look after the cash then no point in holding.
