    Yes well thought out. Supply issues are a problem and costs of anything seems to have doubled.
    Many builders have folded too.

    A perfect storm has occurred. Probably every single country has this same issue relying on China.
    Maybe its time we learn from this and go back to manufacturing here in this country so there are no supply issues.
