There is more than enough cash creation to cover the dividend - debt was used to increase the assets. Watch the balance sheet evolution... it tells the real story. Len really has done only superficial work and while shd be congratulated for doing anything at all, has missed the real picture. Again I suspect that the dividend is more than secure and that they are not "eating" themselves by increasing debt to pay out dividends.
