Another nice dividend. Approx 2% fully franked for the quarter. Unless something unexpected happens, we're on course for perhaps a 4 - 5c dividend for the end of year making up 14 - 15c for the full year, or 8 - 8.5% ff at todays prices.
The only thing that consistently surprises me (although in the current market, nothing should surprise me) is that the SP should be a little higher in support of this level of divs. IMHO $2 would be a steal and $2.50 still providing perhaps 6% yield ff. And yet for the least few months we've seen a fairly uninspiring SP trajectory.
Notwithstanding, SP was $1.57 at start of year, so with 15c divs and a 21c SP rise that's a total of 36c or 23% for the year. I could live with 23% a year in perpetuity.....
