I believe dickers success is reflective of a competitive moat that they’ve built up for themselves within Australia (and now attempting to export that success to NZ).
It is the sum of small things - corporate culture, management skill and capital allocation, low margin high turnover business model acting as a deterrent for competition, supplier relationships, burgeoning demand for IT goods and services.
all of these things combined to allow dicker to deliver phenomenal TSR, reflected in both the chart price and fundamentals, since IPO.
