The PC refresh cycle is here soon. Win10 support almost out and a bunch of PCs/laptops that were issued during COVID would be nearing end of lease/life.
On a separate note, I'm seeing lots of hardware/software upgrades for security/E8 compliance reasons mostly within large corporate/government. DDR are positioned well here. (This is from my anecdata - I work in IT Security/Identity Management)
