DDR typically sets their quarterly dividend payouts at 1/4 of budgeted annual EPS which is therefore t44c in this case so not uplift at all.
After being smashed when they went away from this policy I feel they are now being conservative which is fair enough.
Still waiting though for a catalyst to improve the SP
