    They pay out 100% of profit. If they need any capital for capex or M&A they will do a div raise.

    Otherwise all growth is financed through working capital, and some bank facilities.

    They grew so much during the interest rates cycle which has now fully reversed. Also DDR was being valued as an IT stock compared to as a distributor. David recognised this and cashed out at the peak around $16.

    For many years there has been very good growth in profits and therefore divs but this has now basically flatlined.

    Management have changed their reporting consistency which also hasnt pleased the market

    David and his ex wife own a majority share although they don't seem to be amicable.

    David has said the business is always for sale at the right price and I feel an offer might not be too far away.

    THe CEO has bought lots of shares on market and has a large holding and vested interest but he seems to have lost his magic touch also.

    Recent M&A has not had a significant impact on earnings and has probably taken managements eyes off the core business.

    A huge warehouse is probably holding too much inventory now.
