The Milner family have dominated SOL/BKW but I don’t have quite the same concern because they are so diversified and have been operating many many decades. I suspect this issue was raised with Berkshire Hathaway however Buffett assures us that his staff have the confidence to run the show.
like Robert Milner (who is now senior) Buffett is in his 90s near can I imagine he is terribly “ productive” at that age.
