All the matrix you mentioned are based on past performance and if the business owner wanted to retire then there is no guarantee it continue to go in that and hence market is reacting bearishly. Also,
While the graph below looks fascinating, it is fact that gross sales is down below what it was 2 year ago, EBITDA is down almost since H2 2021 so 3 year almost and NPAT down similar 3 year term and their margin for NPBT is also going down for 3.5 year.
