they are a very interesting 3. The last 2 look very interesting. I have not looking into that REIT. The last looks very small, very high yield, profitable but has been falling just too much and I wouldn’t be brave enough.
yes DDR are paying out very high percentage and it makes me nervous, it could go either which way. So I took a three way bet. Not quite confident enough.
banks tend to pay out this time of the year. Have been holding since Adam was a boy but they are far too expensive. The evaluations are getting ridiculou.
I took the plunge and sold my smallest holding in one of the big 4 and replaced primarily with WOW some more APA. Dividend is very thin for WOW worry about that in 6 months.
this whole market feels pretty hot except for the REITs which are feeling the pressure once again.
