That is why I am buying REIT ! I now hold - BWP, CQR, DXI, HCW, HDN, REP, RGN (I regret buying HCW & HDN bit early on) so almost there with my capacity but still small amount to add on RGN and BWP if they keep falling.
PWR sell cars and so does ASG. I own ASG and then it fell now15% from my buying so instead of buying ASG to average down, I bought PWR...which sells Toyota and it means most cars sold in Australia now covered with this two dealership....except Tesla or direct selling vehicles or some overseas cars!
Higher interest rates not good for cars but wait until interest rates starts to go down !!
