That is why I am buying REIT ! I now hold - BWP, CQR, DXI, HCW, HDN, REP, RGN (I regret buying HCW & HDN bit early on) so almost there with my capacity but still small amount to add on RGN and BWP if they keep falling.

I will look at ASG. I hold APE (excellent yield that). I took a solid portfolio % position but then scaled back - but it’s still a solid %.
