Well, the issue with ASG or APE or PWR is that interest rates going to stay high no matter what RBA says because trump will attempt to make USD more valuable then what it is and that will impact everything RBA has in the box next year.. ! (one possibility of interest rate going down if RBA does the same as what US Fed did by simply lowering interest rates just before election
)
So, in addition to higher debt they also have general issue around high interest rates making difficult for people to spend on something like cars and also the car industry came out Covid era where you see 1 year waiting for the cars.
So there is a risk and that is why i invested only 1% while add another 1% in PWR to make sure most car models are covered with my two companies. same strategy that i used for APA & GNE.
DDR now going back and what surprise me that none of the holder here send email to management asking for explanation on why they have not issued quarterly yet.. ! If you are now shareholder of DDR then send email to all three of them below and i am sure one of them will email and explain why and also tell when will you get next update on company finances & business/trading.
