I think there is nothing wrong with non share assets in this atmosphere Uber.
My weightings in this are small. Bad result and l will say thank goodness, good result and maybe l will rue the day. We are in a full blow bull market.
PE’s are now irrelevant. Expensive shares have doubled in the last 12 month REA TNE (even CAR looks stupid) etc.
l shifted another material amount of the portfolio in QPON l did not move any of DDR, the REITs and quality TNE REA etc
