Don't disagree with your grumblings. I made my complaints very known to the board with the lack of communication re quarterly updates. Clearly that fell on deaf ears.
However I think at this point it might be a stretch to say it's a red flag that the upbeat Q1 hasn't followed through based on a flat dividend.
Although when you're already on warning status, perhaps you don't get the benefit of the doubt.
We will see soon enough I suppose.
