Any interim divs are at the same rate with any ability to pay higher on the final div. I agree with a poster above that you can't read anything negative into the quarters' performance.
I've said this in the past, but I wish they would leave more fat in the business, or atleast payout with a quarters lag. They know this market and their business to operate at optimum level re cashflow. I would love DDR to be a favoured stock once more in the $12-14 range, as it was some years ago. One cannot complain about the quarterly payments and payout ratio though, great for an income stock.
