Market Matters seem to agree with you Stocky! Today they advise that they are adding DDR to their income hit list and expect that they will see incremental income and share price growth. They have explained that they see DDR in much the same way as they see growth in JB-HiFi - due mainly to computer upgrades due to AI and the upcoming software support issues. I am of the same opinion. They have quoted that they are a buy under $9.
