So many negatives keep piling up here. Most recently upbeat Feb result pointing to strong start to CY25 followed by DD selling more stock for never ending divorce issues, followed by unexpected flat dividend.
That's only recent red flags. A move away from quarterly updates also reflects poorly, especially without actually telling the market about the change in communication
