DOW is well and truly on the turnaround path - give the institutional analysts a couple of days to scour the result to satisfy themselves that it is real, and then I expect that buying will kick in as it has after last two reports (because of past failures, DOW is a company that needs to demonstrate changed behaviour not just say it has changed).
