Surprised to see the slight sell down today given that the upcomming divy represents a 7.1% payout plus franking when it goes ex later this month.
I guess that this year's results only reflect a small portion of the annualised savings as a result of the merger and the results must be adversly effected by costs from the merger. In my humble opinion this bodes well for the upcomming financial year.
Whilst it is impossible to predict what's going happen this year I feel comfortable that the business is in good hands especially given that the directors and staff will want to protect their nest egg after all they own the bulk of the company I believe.
