No one know what game China is playing. Some pointed to the steel production cut back to prepare for the winter Olympic as China want to showcase the world. Globally few trillions of stimuli for infrastructure still going ahead. We will be mining for higher grade soon which is the must have for steel producers to reduce carbon in China.
